DENVER (August 11, 2008) - Holland & Hart attorney Robert Keatinge is this year's recipient of the American Bar Association's Martin I. Lubaroff award, which is presented annually to a lawyer for lifelong service to LLC, partnership, and unincorporated entities law.
Keatinge is of counsel to the Denver law firm of Holland & Hart LLP. He practices in the areas of business organizations, taxation and professional responsibility and has written and spoken nationally on these topics. He is the former chair of the Committee on LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Business Organizations of the ABA Business Law Section.

The award is named for Martin Lubaroff who contributed substantially to the work of the ABA Business Law Section's LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities committee. Keatinge will be honored at the fall meeting of this committee.
