Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that attorney Benjamin Gibbons was selected to the Boise Bicycle Project (BBP) Board of Directors. BBP is a community-focused nonprofit that promotes the personal, social, and environmental benefits of bicycling. BBP’s Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated, strategically minded, and passionate community members who help define and make choices relating to the mission and direction of BBP.
BBP functions as a bicycle recycling center and educational workspace in a diverse and non-threatening atmosphere. Through education, access to refurbished bicycles, and advocacy, BBP strives to build a stronger bicycling community.
In his practice, Ben counsels employers on a broad range of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefits arrangements, as well as executive compensation matters.
