Beau advises public and private companies and investors on securities and capital markets matters.
Beau takes a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping issuers, investors, and companies navigate their most significant financing and corporate transactions. In his capital markets and corporate finance practice, Beau represents domestic issuers in follow-on equity and convertible debt offerings and counsels private companies, venture capital funds, and strategic investors in venture round financings, drafting and negotiating the full range of offering documents and related SEC filings. He also advises public companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance, including their periodic and current reports and proxy statements. In addition, Beau maintains an active mergers and acquisitions practice, representing acquirers, private equity firms, and public company targets in stock and asset acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Beau practiced as a corporate associate with Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP.
