Alex represents clients at all phases of dispute resolution, from initial disagreement to litigation to appeal. Drawing on his in-house experience, Alex is adept at understanding business clients’ needs and providing practical and timely guidance. He represents companies of all sizes operating in a variety of industry sectors, including hospitality and real estate, manufacturing, technology, and natural resources. Alex works closely with clients to proactively identify and resolve issues in order to manage risk, minimize costs, and efficiently pursue their business goals. When lawsuits are filed, clients benefit from Alex’s experience litigating cases in various state and federal courts, including trials to verdict.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Alex worked as in-house counsel for an international resort management and outdoor recreation company, and he practiced at a large Denver-based law firm. After law school, Alex clerked for Judge Carolyn B. McHugh of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Justice William W. Hood, III of the Colorado Supreme Court.
