She serves as lead trial counsel in patent infringement, licensing, and indemnity disputes in federal courts nationwide, before the US International Trade Commission, before the PTAB, on appeal, and in arbitration.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Amanda was a partner at Ashurst Perkins Coie. Following law school, she served as a law clerk to then Chief Justice Michael Bender of the Colorado Supreme Court and to then Chief Judge Wiley Y. Daniel of the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
