JACKSON (February 14, 2008) - Holland & Hart associates Andrew Irvine and Hadassah Reimer have moved to the firm's Jackson office.
Irvine moved from Holland & Hart's Denver office in September and concentrates his practice in natural resources and environmental law. His experience includes work in federal and state public land law, environmental regulatory compliance and permitting, minerals, water, and air. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Irvine held law clerk positions with the Arvada City Attorney's Office, Gold Fields Exploration, Inc., and the Bonneville Power Administration. He also served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division. Irvine earned a J.D. (2006) cum laude from the Lewis and Clark Law School, a M.S. (2003) in mineral economics from the Colorado School of Mines, and a B.S. (2001) cum laude in geological sciences from the University of Notre Dame.
Reimer moved from the firm's Cheyenne office in January. She is a member of Holland & Hart's natural resources department and is involved in the firm's climate change and geothermal resources practice groups. She focuses her practice on federal and state environmental regulation, including impact assessment, endangered species, and permitting aspects of project development on public and private lands for a variety of clients. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Reimer completed a clerkship with Hon. William F. Downes of the U.S. District Court in the District of Wyoming. She earned a J.D. (2004) summa cum laude from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a B.A. (2001) summa cum laude in psychology from the University of Wyoming.
