Ariana represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract matters, business disputes, and real estate and construction litigation. She assists clients with all phases of litigation, from case development and discovery through trial preparation and appellate work.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Ariana participated in the firm’s Summer Clerk program and gained practical experience as a law clerk at a private criminal defense firm. She also served as a judicial extern for Judge Gloria M. Navarro of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. During law school, Ariana represented tenants in eviction proceedings through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Tenants Rights Residency, where she obtained her limited practice certification and appeared in court on her clients behalf.
