Amanda helps businesses and individuals resolve disputes—from straightforward commercial disagreements to high-stakes, complex litigation—so her clients can stay focused on what matters most.
Amanda represents clients across a broad range of business and commercial disputes, focusing on contract disputes, business divorces, derivative actions, and property matters, with particular depth in the energy sector. Oil and gas companies rely on her to navigate royalty disputes, surface and right-of-way conflicts, and environmental litigation, while clients in other industries benefit from her versatile litigation skill set in contract, enforcement, and business tort matters. She brings the same diligence and strategic thinking to every engagement, whether she is managing a discrete dispute or coordinating a multi-faceted litigation effort.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Amanda practiced at a prominent Denver law firm, where she focused on litigation. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Scott H. Yun of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, where she gained firsthand experience in complex debtor-creditor disputes and judicial decision-making.
