Anya combines her trial experience and appellate advocacy skills to provide strategic, results-oriented counsel to clients facing complex commercial litigation challenges.
Anya represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters handling a broad range of disputes including breach of contract, construction defects, and trust and estate litigation. With Anya's experience first-chairing both jury trials and appellate arguments, she provides clients with confident representation at every stage of litigation. Anya focuses on building strong client relationships through clear communication, helping clients understand complex legal issues and make informed business decisions.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Anya served for five years as a Deputy District Attorney with the Denver District Attorney's Office, where she handled trial-level cases and investigations as well as appellate matters before the Colorado Supreme Court. She has also practiced as an associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer and served as a clerk for Judge Allison H. Eid on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
