This course is designed to help recruiters understand the integral role they play in fulfilling and complying with Affirmative Action obligations.

This half-day class will cover:

  • An overview of affirmative action
  • Affirmative action recruiting and good faith efforts
  • Postings and invitations to self-identify
  • Applicant tracking, disposition codes and the internet applicant rule
  • Internal and external databases, data management techniques
  • Record-keeping
  • Use of recruiting agencies
