Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Adrienne Bell, a real estate partner in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, has been selected as one of Utah Business Magazine’s 2022 30 Women to Watch. Each year, Utah Business recognizes 30 women in Utah who have excelled in their individual careers and advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
As legal counsel to major financial institutions, renewable energy development companies, and real estate development companies, Adrienne advises companies driving growth and innovation throughout the state. She is a forthright decision-maker, adept at finding the perfect balance between long-term vision and near-term execution. As one of five members elected to Holland & Hart’s management committee, Adrienne is instrumental in setting strategy for the firm. She also serves as the liaison to the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
In addition to advising clients in the real estate development and renewable energy industries, Adrienne has been active and held leadership positions in several business and industry organizations. For many years, she has been a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Utah, a professional organization aimed to advance the roles of women in commercial real estate. In 2014, she was appointed to the Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC) of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City, the agency charged with strengthening Salt Lake City business districts and neighborhoods by creating economic opportunity to develop equitable communities, and was elected Chair of the RAC in 2016. Because of her demonstrated leadership and development and community planning expertise, the Mayor of Salt Lake City appointed Adrienne to a four-year term as a Commissioner on the Salt Lake City Planning Commission beginning in 2018; in 2019, the other Commissioners elected Adrienne to serve as Chair. Adrienne is also involved with Utah Clean Energy (UCA), dedicating her legal services on a pro bono basis to support UCA’s mission to lead and accelerate Utah’s clean energy transformation.
Adrienne will be honored as one of the 30 Women to Watch at the Utah Business celebration event on May 19. Read more about the 2022 Utah Business 30 Women to Watch honorees here.
