Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that attorney Aaron Tucker was appointed to the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) Young Energy Professional Advisory Board. The day-to-day business of the IEL is conducted by the Executive Committee, six practice committees, and five strategic committees. The Young Energy Professionals (YEP) Practice Committee is one of the IEL's Advisory Board committees and offers younger IEL members a forum for discussion of contemporary issues, information for career development, and an opportunity to network with each other and with energy industry leaders.
The IEL at The Center for American and International Law is one of the world's oldest continuing legal education providers. The IEL is a membership organization and includes many of the leading energy companies and attorneys among its international membership. It presents several educational conferences and seminars each year, publishes papers and periodicals, and provides an important forum in which contemporary issues affecting the energy industries can be discussed.
In his practice, Aaron counsels clients on assessment and permitting, compliance and enforcement, and rulemaking. His practice focuses on air quality, water quality, contaminated properties, and environmental litigation.
