Holland & Hart Welcomes Four Attorneys to the Firm’s Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Group
Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of partner Kevin Murray, and associates Nicole Squires, Ashley Peck, and Jennifer Horne to the firm’s Environment, Energy and Natural Resources group. All four are based out of the firm’s Salt Lake City office, bringing the total number of Holland & Hart attorneys in Salt Lake City to 85.

Murray assists clients with contaminated property and water issues. His work includes all facets of remediation, compliance, permitting, mergers and acquisitions, land development, and property reuse, especially as these issues relate to current and historic mining, petroleum, and manufacturing industries.
Squires counsels clients on environmental compliance and permitting (particularly with regard to CERCLA and the Clean Water Act), renewable project development, and environmental due diligence in a variety of transactions. She assists clients with contaminated properties, mergers and acquisitions, financing of real property, and energy generation and transmission projects.
Peck represents clients in various environmental regulatory compliance and litigation matters, with an emphasis on water quality, hazardous site remediation, natural resource damages, and air quality issues. She is currently Vice Chair of the ABA Superfund and Natural Resource Damages Litigation Committee.
Horne advises clients on a variety of energy, environment, and natural resources matters. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, she was a judicial clerk for Associate Presiding Judge J. Frederic Voros of the Utah Court of Appeals, and a judicial extern for Judge Dale A. Kimball of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
