Holland & Hart Welcomes Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Attorney Quincy Stott

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Quincy Stott to the firm’s Environment, Energy and Natural Resources practice. He is based out of the firm’s Cheyenne office.

Stott advises clients on a wide range of environment, energy and natural resources matters. He is part of the firm's environmental compliance team and provides assistance regarding state and federal regulatory schemes, including NEPA and the Clean Air Act. He also counsels clients on public lands issues.

In addition, Stott assists clients in effectively navigating complex litigation from pretrial through appeal. He has experience drafting substantive motions in state and federal courts, evaluating discovery and conducting extensive research. He also counsels clients on state administrative hearings and appeals.

Stott is a member of the American, Wyoming and Laramie County Bar Associations.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
