Holland & Hart Welcomes James Crowe to the Firm’s Business, Corporate and Finance Practice

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of James Crowe to the firm’s Business, Corporate and Finance practice. He is based out of the firm’s Denver office.

Crowe represents both public and private companies in a variety of business transactions. He assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset transactions, financings and general corporate matters. He frequently advises public companies of all sizes on 1933 and 1934 Act matters.

Crowe began his legal career at an international law firm in New York and is listed as a “Rising Star” in 2013 by Colorado Super Lawyers.

He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and a B.A. from Santa Clara University.
