Holland & Hart Receives IMPACT Award from Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has received one of the Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s annual IMPACT Awards.

The annual awards are given to individuals and organizations that have made a distinct and significant difference for the chapter and the MS community at large.

“As an employer, Holland & Hart has made generous accommodations to support employees with disabilities, providing a model many could learn from,” said Annette Royle-Mitchell, Chapter President.  “Holland & Hart generously donates their panoramic conference room for the chapter’s board meetings, participates in the chapter’s gala events and last year the firm provided the chapter with pro bono services exceeding $14,000.” 

Holland & Hart litigator Jay Gurmankin sits on the Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter board of directors, and has previously won the chapter’s Leadership Volunteer of the Year Award. Due to his nearly two decades of service in dedication to the cause, the chapter created the Jay Gurmankin Award in 2011 to honor vision and leadership in the MS community.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City with a field office in Boise, Idaho, the Utah-Southern Idaho Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society provides a wide variety of programs, fundraisers, activities and services throughout the chapter region to people with MS, their families and friends.
