Holland & Hart’s Brian Hansen and Claire Rosston Elected Chair and Vice Chair of Idaho State Bar’s Business Law Section
Brian Hansen, a Holland & Hart partner in Boise, has been elected Chairperson of the Idaho State Bar Business and Corporate Law Section, and Boise associate Claire Rosston, has been elected Vice Chairperson. Sarah Maureen Reed of Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP has been appointed Secretary/Treasurer of the section.

Hansen’s practice consists of a broad range of business and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, telecommunications, securities, credit agreements, and real estate. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Section and has been a committee member of the Idaho State Bar, Harmonized Uniform Business Organization Code, since 2012.

Rosston’s practice involves providing strategic counsel to companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, from complex deals involving asset and equity sales and purchases, real estate, and secured financing to contract negotiation and drafting. She is a member of the Idaho Law Foundation - Idaho Law Day Committee and the Holland & Hart Foundation (Boise Office) and is also licensed to practice law in Alaska.

The Idaho State Bar is comprised of 21 sections including Business and Corporate Law. The various sections provide members an opportunity to participate in projects and educational opportunities, with bar members who have similar interests and practices.
