Holland & Hart Partner Bret Busacker Appointed to Board of Directors for American Red Cross of Greater Idaho
Bret Busacker, a partner in Holland & Hart LLP’s Boise office, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Idaho.
Busacker is an experienced business attorney with a focus on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. He advises clients on a wide spectrum of topics regarding equity and incentive compensation, benefit plan design, plan administration, compliance, and governance concerns. His clients include public and private businesses, governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, human resources executives, compensation committees, and benefit committees, among others. In this capacity, he assists his clients with compliance matters in connection with tax, labor, and securities regulations.
Busacker is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, and Washington State University, College of Business and Economics. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice law in Idaho and Ohio.
