Nicole Snyder to Manage Holland & Hart’s Boise Office

Nicole Snyder is the new administrative partner of Holland & Hart LLP’s Boise office. In addition to overseeing strategic development for the office, Snyder will manage recruiting and marketing efforts, as well as other responsibilities related to the firm’s partnership.

Snyder succeeds Murray Feldman, who has managed Holland & Hart’s Boise office since 2008, leading its growth to the top tier of largest Idaho law firms. “I look forward to our office’s continued growth and contributions to our clients’ successes under Nicole’s leadership,” Feldman said. With its growth, Holland & Hart is poised to move into larger space in the new Eighth & Main building in early 2014.

Snyder is experienced in all facets of corporate and employment law. She represents clients in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, debt and equity financing, venture capital, restructurings, and other complex business transactions. She also counsels businesses on all types of employment law matters, and she also has extensive experience drafting employment agreements, noncompete agreements, employee handbooks and policies, and severance agreements. Her clients include small and large businesses, nonprofit corporations, and governmental entities.

Recognized by Chambers USA as a leading corporate attorney since 2011, Snyder is a past chair of the corporate and business law section of the Idaho State Bar, and currently serves as president of the board of trustees for the Boise Art Museum.
