301 INC Funding Will Support Purely Elizabeth's Superfood Product Innovation

Holland & Hart’s Food and Beverage team represented Boulder-based client Purely Elizabeth, a leading natural foods company known for creating award-winning and nutrient-dense granola, oatmeal, muesli, and cereal, in connection with a minority investment of $3 million from 301 INC, the General Mills new business development and venturing unit. As the first outside source of funding accepted by the brand to date, the strategic partnership will allow Purely Elizabeth to launch new lines at a faster pace and continue product innovation, like the new line of superfood mushroom-powered Wellness Bars, anticipated to be available in August 2017.

Holland & Hart’s deal team included Chuck Cotter, Alison Johnson, Finity Jernigan, Peter Perla, and Catherine Walsh.
