2004-05 Internet Marketing Attorney Rankings and Awards Released

2004-05 Internet Marketing Attorney Rankings and Awards Released

Holland & Hart, LLP, a Denver-based law firm with over 300 lawyers in 6 western states, was ranked among the top 5 law firm web sites in the 2004-05 web site ratings and review of the 250 largest law firms in the United States. The independent survey was conducted by marketing attorney Micah Buchdahl of InternetMarketingAttorney.Com and based on five criteria: design, content, usability, interactivity and intangibles.

"We are very pleased to be among the top law firm web sites in the nation." said Holland & Hart marketing director Mark Beese, "Our web guru Bernard Wooten works hard to keep the site up to date, easy to navigate, and on-message. His work, along with the rest of the marketing team and our attorneys have made the site an excellent resource for our clients."

The review stated, "This version of H&H online was new last year, building on a history of being ahead of the technology and marketing games. Everything is where it needs to be, from strong sister sites to events and registration; from the latest and greatest to employment opportunities."

Sites were awarded up to 10 points for each measure, for a maximum total score of 50. The high score was 46. Thirty firms rated a 36 or better to receive platinum, gold or silver honors in the U.S. large firm category. For the second consecutive year, reviews and awards were expanded to include a small/mid-size law firm category and an international category for firms outside the United States.

"The number of brand new sites and improvement of older ones was astonishing," said Buchdahl. "In addition, hundreds of firms around the world e-mailed submissions, nominations and suggestions, to make the reviews more complete. While I will leave the window open, my plan is not to review sites again. Basically, by now, if you have not figured out the web, I can't really help you."

A complete scoring list as well as details on the review process will be posted at InternetMarketingAttorney.com on June 7, 2004.
