18th Annual Real Property and Estate Planning Symposia

Holland & Hart attorney, Robert Keatinge, will sit on the panel of experienced practitioners and law professors and focus on the use of limited liability companies for achieving the objectives of a real estate venture, including discussion of a model operating agreement for a real estate project. In addition, the panel will discuss recent and proposed developments in the law of limited liability companies, including the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act as well as the Model Limited Liability Company Act.
