Congratulations to Holland & Hart attorney Brianne McClafferty for being appointed as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana. McClafferty was selected from among a pool of highly qualified applicants from Montana’s Ninth Circuit and will serve a three-year term, effective January 19, 2022. She replaces outgoing lawyer representative Harold V. Dye of Missoula and joins three other representatives: Sean Goicoechea of Kalispell, Domenic Cossi of Bozeman, and Stephanie Hollar of Great Falls.
As a lawyer representative, McClafferty will be an active participant in the Judicial Conference of the Ninth Circuit (Conference) resolution process, including proposing, drafting, and debating resolutions, assisting with educating members of the bar generally about the Conference, and assuring the views of other lawyers are heard at district and annual meetings of the Conference, among other planning meeting duties.
McClafferty represents clients in commercial and environmental disputes, bankruptcy matters, and employment litigation matters.
