Holland & Hart Receives "Well Deserved" Award for Wellness Programs by UnitedHealthcare

UnitedHealthcare has announced that Holland & Hart LLP is one of their “Well Deserved” award winners, an honor given to employers who have demonstrated strong commitment to improving their employees’ health and well-being through industry-leading worksite wellness programs. Holland & Hart is one of 11 organizations across the country to receive this award in 2015.

Hart & Soul is Holland & Hart’s innovative wellness incentive program. More than 75 percent of Holland & Hart employees participate in the wellness program. It is a resource to empower employees on their journey to achieve optimal health to live longer and stronger by:

  • Helping foster interest and encourage employees to initiate or expand healthier lifestyles to reach their individual potential.
  • Actively engaging employees by providing diverse wellness activities, resources, and motivation to meet a wide range of needs and interests.
  • Recognizing employees when appropriate for participating in health improvement activities and celebrating accomplishments.
  • Teaching employees skills to make lasting health improvements and enhance overall well-being.

This is UnitedHealthcare’s seventh year of recognizing employer customers with “Well Deserved” awards for their outstanding health and wellness programs, working with an external broker review panel to review and judge all applicants.
