Three Holland & Hart LLP Idaho-based attorneys have been recognized in the 2015 edition of Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys who are selected as “local litigation stars” or as “future stars” in their practice areas. Walter Sinclair is recognized for his work in Antitrust, General Commercial, Product Liability, and Securities litigation. Sinclair has an emphasis on business, corporate, and complex litigation matters associated with agricultural product liability, antitrust, class action, complex commercial contract disputes, environmental insurance coverage, insurance coverage and risk management, insurance mass tort, probate disputes, product liability, real estate, and securities litigation.
