Wes represents emerging businesses in all stages of their life cycle on formation matters, corporate governance, commercial agreements, venture financings, and other strategic transactions. He assists both emerging and established brands in the food, beverage, and consumer product industry, strategic investors, and venture funds.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Wes practiced corporate law at DLA Piper in Austin, Texas.
