Holland & Hart represented Colorado-based The Good Crisp Company, a manufacturer of clean-label, gluten-free, stacked chips, in its series seed financing led by CircleUp Growth Partners, L.P., a leading venture fund for innovative early-stage consumer brands. The closing of its series seed funding round was on May 18, 2020.
The Good Crisp Company produces a line of canister chips that are free from gluten, peanuts, egg, and several other allergens. Originally founded in Australia, it is now headquartered in Boulder, Colo. The investment transaction will allow The Good Crisp Company to grow its team and build brand awareness.
