The Denver Business Journal Features Holland & Hart's Diversity and Inclusion

Holland & Hart is honored to be included in the Denver Business Journal’s “Business of Pride” series of articles for Pride month, that examine how Denver companies are using a combination of workplace policies and public outreach to support the LGBTQ community.

In the June 6 article titled “Denver-based law firm Holland & Hart promotes equality in its offices and in the courtroom,” the Denver Business Journal addresses three questions:

  • What support does your company provide to your LGBTQ employees?
  • How do you factor in LGBTQ employees when you consider what other companies you partner with and their values?
  • What new initiatives are you planning in the next year?

At Holland & Hart diversity and inclusion is more than a core value – it’s critical to the firm’s business success. The firm recognizes the strength of talent and breadth of perspective that comes from a diverse work force and is committed to maintaining and enhancing multifaceted teams.

Holland & Hart is proud of our tradition of fostering and maintaining a work environment in which the diversity of each individual is valued and celebrated. The firm culture ensures that LGBTQ+ individuals feel safe and included, that their voices are valued and will be heard, and that they will be supported as visible members of the community if they so choose.

Holland & Hart has been at the vanguard of intentionally supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion. The firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee (DIVCOM), formed in 1988, helps to foster diversity and inclusiveness initiatives and serves a critical advisory role to firm management. DIVCOM is comprised of diverse employees and other members of the firm interested in supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion efforts.
