TaeRa Franklin

TaeRa is a patent attorney in our Boulder office, with a strong focus on preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patents across the electrical, electronics and telecommunications arts.

Her patent prosecution practice is also complemented by substantial litigation experience, gained from starting her legal career as a law clerk for the Hon. Adlai S. Hardin, Jr., Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, TaeRa practiced as a patent prosecution attorney in Cleveland and in New York City. Her experience includes representing major Japanese, German, and US electronics, automobile, and motion and control technologies  corporations, among others.

TaeRa is fluent in Korean and conversant in Japanese. She is not yet admitted to practice in Colorado.
