Marketing Coordinator

Regional Office Administrator

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for the general management of all office support services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.         In conjunction with the Administrative Partner and the Director of Human Resources, administers human resource functions including recruiting, hiring, orientation and training, maintaining personnel records, evaluating performance, counseling, disciplining, salary planning and administration, employee relations, and compliance with personnel policies and labor laws and regulations.

2.         Supervises the administrative staff.  Along with the timekeepers, co-supervises the legal secretaries.  Coordinates coverage as necessary and oversees workflow coordinator.

3.         With the Administrative Partner and the appropriate administrative managers in Denver, plans and administers the expense, disbursement and capital budgets for the office support functions.  Reviews and interprets the office’s financial reports monthly.

4.         In coordination with Financial Services, supervises or executes any or all of the accounting, billing and collections functions:  reviewing expense reports, coding and input of invoices, entering disbursements, preparing client bills, monitoring accounts receivable, monitoring cash flow, collecting past due accounts and maintaining firm bank accounts and client trust accounts. 

5.         In coordination with Technology Services and the Training Coordinator, supervises or executes any or all of the functions related to the computer network, hardware and software. 

6.         With the Administrative Partner and the Executive Director, acts as liaison with the landlord on tenant matters. 

7.         Develops and maintains knowledge of and contacts with the commercial marketplace for the securing of equipment, supplies and services.  Evaluates and makes recommendations on equipment, furniture and other office items available for purchase, rent or lease, working with Denver personnel as appropriate.

8.         Acts as operations officer for the following areas in the regional office:

Records Technician

Information Security Officer

BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Information Security Officer (ISO) will report to the Technology Innovation Officer and will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT security strategy to ensure Holland & Hart's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory cyber security requirements as well as to otherwise safeguard Holland & Hart's information systems. The ISO will develop and implement cyber security governance, compliance policies, and procedures enterprise-wide. Understanding the IT threat landscape for the industry in general, and within Holland & Hart specifically, will be critical so as to design and implement security measures tailored to addressing threats in a timely, efficient and risk-managed method. This will include executing enterprise-wide risk assessments and exercises related to cyber security as a leader on the management designated information security committees. This role requires the ISO to work effectively with, and exert positive, timely influence across the enterprise (e.g., legal, security, contracts, procurement, operations, and communications) as well as externally with clients, regulators, strategic partners and competitors. The ISO must possess an excellent knowledge of, and background in, IT operations, security technologies, and regulations as well as a high level of business acumen and be able to communicate effectively at all corporate levels, including at the executive level.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and implement a strategic, long-term information security strategy and roadmap to ensure Holland & Hart's information assets are adequately protected. • Work with senior leaders across the firm to assess and communicate acceptable levels of risk. • Identify, evaluate and report on information security risks, practices and projects to senior management and the Management Committee, and provide subject matter expertise on security standards and best practices (This includes, but is not limited to, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS), EU Data Protection, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance, etc.). • Develop, mentor, and manage a high performing staff of information security and technology professionals. • Lead the information security committee. • Develop the Management Committee's understanding of security beyond a "compliance-only" view. • Lead the development of up-to-date information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, and oversee their approval, dissemination, and maintenance. • Ensure that the security management program is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements. • Act as the champion for the enterprise information security program and foster a security-aware culture. • Oversee the evaluation, selection and implementation of information security solutions that are innovative, cost-effective, and minimally disruptive. • Partner with software developers, infrastructure, and applications teams to ensure that technologies are developed and maintained according to security policies and guidelines. • Manage regular intrusion detection and vulnerability reporting, internal and external IT audit groups reviews, and the coordination of all required fixes. • Develop business metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program, and increase the maturity of the program over time. • Monitor the industry and external environment for emerging threats and advise relevant stakeholders on appropriate courses of action. • Manage and respond to client audits and security reviews, negotiating best practices, mitigating controls, and implementing new security measures • Liaise with law enforcement and other advisory bodies as necessary to ensure that the organization maintains a strong security posture. • Oversee incident response planning and the investigation of security breaches, and assist with any associated disciplinary, public relations and legal matters. • Oversee and lead the creation, communication and implementation of a process for managing vendor risk and other third party risk. • Think clearly and creatively to solve technical problems

Requirements:
  • 15 years’ Information Security experience in the Information Technology arena

  • 10 years’ management experience preferably in an ISO / CISO or similar leadership position

The primary function of the Applications Analyst is to analyze, evaluate, administer and support current and projected computer software applications for firm-wide technology solutions and systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of revised or new computer software application systems, along with organizational and procedural workflow plans and methods;
  • Work with senior Applications Analysts to recommend upgrades and determine appropriate upgrade versions and schedules as appropriate;
  • Work with end users and other technology experts within the firm to fully leverage technology efficiencies and enhance productivity;
  • Oversee or assist with the installation of upgrades and patches to computer software application systems and ensure that the applications are optimized and maintained properly for data integrity and reliability;
  • Keep current with general applications, legal specific software, and technology developments;
  • Provide tier-two support for various computer software application systems and determine causes of application malfunctions, involving both hardware and software;
