Regional Office Administrator

Responsible for the general management of all office support services.


1.         In conjunction with the Administrative Partner and the Director of Human Resources, administers human resource functions including recruiting, hiring, orientation and training, maintaining personnel records, evaluating performance, counseling, disciplining, salary planning and administration, employee relations, and compliance with personnel policies and labor laws and regulations.

2.         Supervises the administrative staff.  Along with the timekeepers, co-supervises the legal secretaries.  Coordinates coverage as necessary and oversees workflow coordinator.

3.         With the Administrative Partner and the appropriate administrative managers in Denver, plans and administers the expense, disbursement and capital budgets for the office support functions.  Reviews and interprets the office’s financial reports monthly.

4.         In coordination with Financial Services, supervises or executes any or all of the accounting, billing and collections functions:  reviewing expense reports, coding and input of invoices, entering disbursements, preparing client bills, monitoring accounts receivable, monitoring cash flow, collecting past due accounts and maintaining firm bank accounts and client trust accounts. 

5.         In coordination with Technology Services and the Training Coordinator, supervises or executes any or all of the functions related to the computer network, hardware and software. 

6.         With the Administrative Partner and the Executive Director, acts as liaison with the landlord on tenant matters. 

7.         Develops and maintains knowledge of and contacts with the commercial marketplace for the securing of equipment, supplies and services.  Evaluates and makes recommendations on equipment, furniture and other office items available for purchase, rent or lease, working with Denver personnel as appropriate.

Information Security Officer

BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Information Security Officer (ISO) will report to the Technology Innovation Officer and will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT security strategy to ensure Holland & Hart's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory cyber security requirements as well as to otherwise safeguard Holland & Hart's information systems. The ISO will develop and implement cyber security governance, compliance policies, and procedures enterprise-wide. Understanding the IT threat landscape for the industry in general, and within Holland & Hart specifically, will be critical so as to design and implement security measures tailored to addressing threats in a timely, efficient and risk-managed method. This will include executing enterprise-wide risk assessments and exercises related to cyber security as a leader on the management designated information security committees. This role requires the ISO to work effectively with, and exert positive, timely influence across the enterprise (e.g., legal, security, contracts, procurement, operations, and communications) as well as externally with clients, regulators, strategic partners and competitors. The ISO must possess an excellent knowledge of, and background in, IT operations, security technologies, and regulations as well as a high level of business acumen and be able to communicate effectively at all corporate levels, including at the executive level.

Applications Analyst I
