Immigration Project Assistant

Records Technician

The Records Technician performs standard records management tasks in the Records Services Center (RSC), such as responding to new on-line file requests by establishing physical files, filling user file requests from on-site and off-site, checking files in and out, boxing and prepping files for shipment to the off-site storage facility, assisting users with questions, and running reports as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Learns or has a knowledge of the Firm’s records management software.

Technical Support Analyst

Applications Analyst I

  • Data science focused engineers – experience with Python and core data science tools (e.g., scikit-learn, torch/tensor flow). Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for monthly accounting close cycle, journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets including depreciation, trust and treasury activities, property tax returns and renditions and other activities to assist Senior Accounting Manager.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains detailed files of fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions
  • Maintains fixed asset system by office and asset class, records depreciation and balances to general ledger monthly
  • Assists in periodic inventories of fixed assets and reconciles inventories to fixed asset records

Oversee Denver-specific marketing and business development efforts, acting as point of contact for local partnerships and community building opportunities. working with Marketing Managers and local stakeholders to identify, develop, and maintain community-based relationships and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5-15 years of Professional Services marketing, with at least three years’ experience managing marketing for an industry group or sector – or having led stratification efforts at a law firm for marketing and business development.
  • At least 1of year experience managing a team of three or more.
  • Extensive abilities and demonstrated success in pitching work, managing budgets and leading Chambers and other ranking submissions directly.
