Sean Parnell leverages 30+ years of public service and legal expertise serving the business, regulatory, and infrastructure development needs of the companies that drive Alaska’s economy.

Sean provides natural resource clients and companies doing business in Alaska with a unique combination of experience as a government leader, legislator, administrator, and legal advisor both as in-house counsel and in private practice.

During his years of service as Alaska’s Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and as a state Senator and Representative, as well as the Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas, Sean developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of commercial development in Alaska. As an attorney, Sean’s exceptional experience across decades ranges from commercial litigation to negotiating complex commercial transactions as a former partner in another top-tier law firm and as a sole practitioner.
