Roger Tsai is Quoted in San Francisco Chronicle on Hurdles Biden Administration Faces to Reverse Current H-1B Policies

Holland & Hart immigration attorney Roger Tsai, was quoted in the San Francisco Chronicle Nov. 19 article entitled, “‘Biden Could Reverse Some Trump H-1B Policies — but Help for Visa Holders May Have to Wait.” The article discusses the Biden administration’s proposed legislation in the first 100 days that would create a path to citizenship for millions of people in the U.S. illegally, telegraphing his immigration priorities. Tsai said, “Are they going to try to do this by regulation or by true legislation that has to pass through Congress?”
