He represents clients in matters involving probate and fiduciary litigation, including disputes involving trusts, estates, and protective proceedings. Rich assists clients with the development of personalized fiduciary solutions and plans for the management of multi-generational wealth, including the management of family dynamics and creation of family governance structures.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Rich was in private practice as a civil litigator at a prominent local firm, and most recently served as a Trust Officer at a major financial institution. Rich continues to work as a Director of a privately-owned trust company in Wyoming.
