The firm has received Mansfield Certification and Mansfield Plus Certification each year since the program’s inception.
- Lateral Attorney-Professional Recruitment Database & Attorney Bonus Referral Program: Holland & Hart’s own employees often prove the best referral sources to ensure a diverse pool of lateral candidates. To tap into this resource, the firm created our own recruitment database, resulting in enhanced diversity in both our candidate pool and new hires and allowing us to hire the best candidates for each position.
