  • Mansfield Plus Certification: Holland & Hart was one of the original firms to join the Mansfield Rule program, which provides processes to achieve inclusive recruiting practices. The firm has received Mansfield Certification and Mansfield Plus Certification each year since the program’s inception.
  • Lateral Attorney-Professional Recruitment Database & Attorney Bonus Referral Program: Holland & Hart’s own employees often prove the best referral sources to ensure a diverse pool of lateral candidates. To tap into this resource, the firm created our own recruitment database, resulting in enhanced diversity in both our candidate pool and new hires and allowing us to hire the best candidates for each position.

Holland & Hart has been a leader in creating and implementing initiatives to ensure our team members’ professional development and success.

Diverse Network Groups – in support of all of our team members and in addition to existing network groups in offices and practice groups, we have formed several network groups in response to requests for community engagement. We welcome the opportunity to form other network groups sought by our team members, such as a “first-generation college” group.
