Recruiting & On-Campus Outreach

Holland & Hart’s recruiting strategy is practice group driven and based on the hiring needs of each office. A firmwide assessment occurs on an annual basis to identify every potential 2L opportunity in each of our offices and practice groups.

Holland & Hart participates in a variety of employer-outreach programs at law schools, including OCI, mock interviews, career fairs, and “meet the employers” events.
