Having had the good fortune to participate in Holland & Hart's summer program in 2009, subsequently join the firm as an associate, then transition to a role as a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee, I have had the opportunity to see both sides of our recruitment process. Holland & Hart's recruitment philosophy is a truly unique one: we believe in identifying, developing and fostering legal talent that will one day become not only phenomenal attorneys, but also the future leaders of Holland & Hart and pillars within the communities where our various offices are located. At Holland & Hart, we value, and seek to preserve above all else, the firm's unmatched culture which emphasizes inclusiveness, balance, dedication, teamwork, giving, and a strong commitment to our diverse and varied client base. Accordingly, our recruitment efforts focus on identifying candidates who will be able to thrive in such an environment. The most successful attorneys at Holland & Hart possess a well-rounded approach to the practice of law. They are not only committed to developing high-quality legal skills and expertise through hard work and exposure to some of the sharpest legal minds around, but also have a distinct desire to help their communities flourish through the spirit of giving and pro bono work. Accordingly, we seek attorneys who are diligent, energetic, philanthropic, and genuinely excited about the practice of law.
