Meghan advises clients through the acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial properties across the United States.
Meghan supports developers during the title process, drawing on her experience identifying and resolving complex title issues for clients in the energy and natural gas exploration industry. She has played an instrumental role in creating and executing a title review and curative processes for a large-scale telecommunications leasing project. She has also worked on regulatory compliance, leasing, and other land rights matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Meghan managed a national title program for a Fortune 200 company and practiced in the Denver office of a boutique energy law firm.
