With more than 40 years of experience, Larry Petersen provides seasoned and sound counsel to clients on tax matters, estate planning, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Larry works with clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, real estate, and natural resources. Larry’s extensive experience includes probate matters; formation of LLCs, partnerships, and corporations; coal leasing; entity formation; purchase and sale of oil and gas and entity formation.
