Katarina is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group.
Katarina assists clients with labor and employment matters some of which include wage and hour, employment discrimination claims, employment policies, termination, and compliance with federal statutes such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Katarina started her legal here with Holland & Hart as a first-year associate. Katarina employs the experience she gained as a law clerk interviewing witnesses, analyzing statutory and case law, drafting position statements, and handling various motions.
