Katja advises emerging companies from entity selection and incorporation through financing, strategic transactions, and exit.
Katja guides high-growth companies, founders, investors, and funds on financings, strategic transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She negotiates, structures, and drafts commercial contracts, advises on regulatory and corporate governance matters, and helps early-stage companies and owners find creative solutions to business and legal challenges.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Katja practiced as an associate at Cooley in Denver. Before and while attending law school, Katja held roles at a software company, in public relations, and at the Consulate General of Israel to the Pacific Northwest. She was a unit commander and combat soldier in Israel’s Special Forces K-9 Unit.
