Kaitlyn counsels energy clients on routine and complex regulatory, administrative, and litigation matters.

Her clients include oil and gas companies and renewable energy developers. She regularly represents oil and gas companies before the Oil Conservation Division on regulatory and compliance issues. Kaitlyn also has experience practicing in the areas of public entity tort, construction law, personal injury, insurance litigation, and other complex litigation and regulatory matters.
