Justin specializes in helping emerging growth companies – from start-ups to late stage – and VC funds across the country achieve their business goals through pragmatic and solution-oriented counsel. He is a trusted deal advisor in equity and debt financings, M&A transactions, and strategic relationships, as well as outside general counsel in various day-to-day business matters. Justin operates primarily in the technology, renewable energy, and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Justin was a Corporate associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Dallas, Texas.
