Jeffrey Rodefer’s practice focuses on gaming law, including licensing, regulation, compliance, transactions, as well as state and local taxation and Federal anti-money laundering consulting for the gaming industry.

Regulatory Framework Navigation: He understands the strict gaming regulatory framework, has diligently assisted regulators in their enforcement efforts, and is skilled at guiding companies to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving regulatory environment and adopt a culture of compliance.

Diverse Perspective: Jeff’s 28 years of experience has taken him from the Attorney General’s Office, providing representation to the Department of Taxation, Tax Commission, State Board of Equalization, Gaming Control Board and Gaming Commission, to public corporations. His passion for the gaming industry and the State of Nevada is reflected in his numerous foundation and committee positions, including an appointment by the Nevada Supreme Court, as well as various philanthropic endeavors.
