Upon joining Holland & Hart as a lateral partner, I was pleased to discover that the “unique sense of community” everyone touted during the recruiting process not only exists here, but actually defines Holland & Hart. My new colleagues made me feel immediately welcomed and included, and I remain astounded by the tremendous accessibility, responsiveness, and transparency of Holland & Hart’s leadership team. In many respects, Holland & Hart functions like a democracy in which each attorney has the opportunity to actively participate in the firm’s governance and strategic direction through committee involvement. This inclusive approach to running the firm facilitates the cooperation and teamwork that drives Holland & Hart’s client service. It also fosters our attorneys’ and staff members’ extraordinary commitment to volunteerism and community service. Holland & Hart established a 501(c)(3) organization, called the Holland & Hart Foundation, to provide our attorneys and staff members opportunities to volunteer together in our broader communities.
