We get to know your business, your industry, your sales operations, and your contract procurement and management systems, including fulfillment. We work to tune-up processes, and prepare for growth, and address your strategic objectives.

Then, for a fixed monthly fee, we integrate with your sales team to implement an efficient approach for future contract generation negotiation and management. We develop standard contract documents, negotiating positions – including a clause library – and a playbook customized to meet the needs of your business. When a contract is completed, we efficiently capture the relevant data and consolidate it with your existing systems.
