Holland & Hart represented Las Vegas-based Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a leading IT managed services provider (MSP), in its partnership agreement with Tower Arch Capital, a private equity fund focused on founder-owned businesses.
The investment completes a recapitalization with the ITS founding management team. ITS is partnering with Tower Arch Capital to further expand its footprint and enhance its service offerings to better support current and future customers. ITS provides managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, VoIP phone, and fiber internet services to small and medium sized businesses in several cities throughout the US.
