Fred Mack provides strategic legal counsel in matter of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, restructuring, business succession planning, and negotiating complex business transactions.

Fred has also worked with a number of Idaho governmental entities, advising them on corporate governance, real estate, personnel, and operations.

Corporate Counsel and Governance. Fred counsels companies and government entities in dealing with internal and external conflicts, corporate compliance, and in conducting internal investigations. He conducts internal audits and implements compliance programs that enable businesses to meet their underlying goals and objectives, keeping clients abreast of potential problems before they become costly mistakes, deferring private and governmental lawsuits, and allowing them to keep their companies running in conformance with applicable laws and at peak performance.
