Ed assists with due diligence requests and dealings with title companies, and reviews title commitments, exception documents and surveys. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ed worked in Denver, CO for Barrett, Frappier, and Weisserman, LLP as well as Aronowitz & Mecklenburg, LLP, where he processed and managed the foreclosure process from first legal to post-sale.

  • Draft closing documents (including timelines, checklists and closing books/CDs)

  • Prepare and file UCC Financing Statements and other real estate related recordings
  • Prepare and file all types of filings relating to corporate and real estate
