Holland & Hart represented Colorado-based EnergyIQ, LLC (EnergyIQ), a leading provider of well master data management software applications, in connection with its acquisition by Quorum Software (Quorum), the leader in digital transformation for the oil and gas industry. The acquisition expands and strengthens Quorum’s industry-leading oil and gas software and services portfolio with EnergyIQ’s leading well lifecycle data management for upstream exploration and production (E&P) companies. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
