Emily brings sophisticated expertise representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of finance transactions.

She has significant experience managing complex financing transactions from the borrower side, particularly syndicated secured commercial loans in connection with acquisition financings for private equity firms or other borrowers. Emily also handles other syndicated loans, corporate restructurings, amendments, refinancings, incremental loans, bridge facilities and bilateral facilities for clients on the borrower side and the bank side.

Her experience includes financing for cross-border M&A deals and for international clients. She also has experience with securities offerings on both the debt side and the equity side, including high-yield bond offerings and initial public offerings. Additionally, Emily structures the debt-related components of tax-driven intercompany restructurings.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Emily worked as a banking and corporate finance attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City.
